Yes. GazBming is ITAR-registered with the U.S. State Department. ITAR-controlled drawings are routed to US-personnel only — no offshore subcontractors touch the file, the setup, or the inspection. We sign the tech-transport plan on every PO and ship with a DD-1348 or commercial shipper depending on your contract.
Full lot traceability from raw stock through final inspection. Each part ships with a material cert (mill heat number + chemistry), a CMM or dimensional inspection report, and a traveler showing every operation, machine, and operator. We don't hold ISO 13485 — if your part needs that specifically, flag it on the RFQ and we'll route you to one of our certified partners.
NADCAP-accredited heat-treat runs in-house. For fluorescent penetrant inspection, magnetic particle, and ultrasonic NDT, we run an in-house FPI line for aluminum and titanium parts; heavier NDT (large Ti structures, weld inspection) goes to one of two NADCAP-accredited partners we've shipped with for six years. Either way, the certs travel with the parts.
Both — and they're priced differently. One to five parts gets the prototype rate and ships on the 3.2-day median. Production runs (50+) hit the production rate with fixture amortization. The price break happens at the same quote step: we don't hide the prototype vs. production gap behind a sales call.
One part. We've shipped single parts for satellite flight spares and one-off medical instruments. The MOQ is effectively zero — the only practical floor is the file: if your STEP is one bracket, we'll quote one bracket. For production runs, our most common reorder tier sits at 50–250 units per release.
